Cow Festival at Local Ranch/Square The day before this festival, the rancher will come over and ask you what cow you want to put in the festival. Pick the one that has the most hearts. Next day go to the Local Ranch and see if you won the festival. (the festival will be held in the square if there's no Ranch yet)
